Beginner’s Introduction to Desert Botanical Perfumery with Dryland Wilds 
March 28, 2-4pm 
Learn the basics of botanical perfumery and New Mexico’s high desert fragrance palette and create your own desert perfume!  Participants will explore fragrance families and introductory scent blending, bringing home a 5mL roller of their own oil-based botanical fragrance. $35/person.

Wild Walk with Dryland Wilds
April 25th, 1pm 
Come learn how to identify and harvest the edible and useful plants of our high desert!  This short introductory urban foraging class focuses on invasive and common plants that can be easily used for food, tea, and skincare.  Wheelchair friendly. Meet outside the entrance of the shop for a 45 minute walking class.

Introduction to Enfleurage I with Dryland Wilds
May 16, 2-4pm 
Have you ever wanted to capture the exact of smell of a flower?  Learn the beautiful and laborious technique of enfleurage!  This class touches on the history of this classical process as well as the practical aspects giving you all the information you need to make your own pure floral absolutes.  Students will set their own chassis with fragrant wildflowers to bring home and continue or use as a light pomade.  (Our enfleurage classes can be taken individually or together and provide a summary of the other information.) $45/person.

Introduction to Enfleurage II with Dryland Wilds
June 6th, 2-4pm
 The art of capturing a flowers actual perfume continued.  This class teaches the second half of the enfleurage process.  Starting with an already completed wildflower pomade, students will learn how to defleurage, extract and reduce the extrait resulting in a beautiful essence to use along or blend into a perfume.  Students will take home a jar of their in-process extrait.  (Our enfleurage classes can be taken individually or together and provide a summary of the other information.) $55/person.

Intermediate Introduction to Botanical Perfumery with Dryland Wilds
July 11, 1-4pm
 Go deeper with the basics of botanical perfumery and New Mexico's high desert fragrance palette.  Participants will be instructed in the creation of some basic accords, explore bio-regional fragrances and go deeper with how to create a balanced scent, bringing home a 5mL roller of their own oil based botanical fragrance. $45/person.
